pumpkin butter
organic & vegan
 
mix in saucepan:
 
3 C pumpkin puree
3/4 C dark brown sugar
1 C spiced apple cider
dash cinnamon, nutmeg & clove
 
stir together and bring to a boil.
turn down heat, let simmer for 40 minutes or so.
let cool, eat it & can it.
label and refrigerate for 1 week.
