1 large parsnip, peeled and sliced
1 small jicama, peeled and sliced
1/3 C fresh chopped parsley, including stem
zest & juice of 1/2 lemon
zest of 1 orange
splash braggs liquid aminos
1 tablespoon or to taste raw agave
ground pepper to taste
